Ginyu.. Dead Or Alive?; ...

Chrome Favourite Manga Bleach	When the original Namek (not New Namek) exploded, wouldn't Ginyu have died? The wish that made during that saga was to resurrect everyone that was killed on Namek (since Frieza arrived there) by the hand of Frieza, but Ginyu wasn't killed by Frieza, shouldn't have made an appearance when Goku & Pikkon took a trip to HFIL?

Google Chrome	I remember he somehow got back to earth with Gohan in that period when Goku wasn't around. I think that there was a possibility he was included in whatever it was that got Gohan back to earth. (I can't remember how he did get back). I vaguely remember him as a frog sitting outside Gohan's house and then seeing a female frog and stuff. It is also evident that Ginyu is alive in that, while you see Recoome and the other Ginyu Force members in HFIL, you do not see Ginyu because he is not dead and in fact turned into a frog by his own Body Swap technique, due to something Vegeta did while Goku and Ginyu were fighting.

I haven't seen it in ages really. I do remember him on earth though. There was some incident between Gohan and Vegeta amongst some of the Nameks that had been wished back and Ginyu Frog was near by.

Yeah, and other evidence to suggest it, would be that movie or whatever, where all the bad guys escape from HFIL and Frieza fights Gohan and Videl but you see the Ginyu Force get pwned first in like 1 hit each and Ginyu isn't there.

From Grand Kai's request, Pikkon (and Goku) goes to Hell/HFIL to stop Frieza and Cell, whos were kicking butt down there. ;p Captain Ginyu is there as well. I remember that he tried to take Vegetas body at Namek when Goku threw a frog between them, dunno how he got his own body back though. (I don't read manga, just watch anime, dunno if the storyline is the same here...) I quess that the wishes from "The Eternal Dragon" are asked so, that only the good people who hasn't caused any terror will get resurrected. After the fight with Buu everyone was resurrected, and for example Babidi didn't stay alive. OT: How come 'regular people' doesn't get to keep their bodies when they die, while even these 'super villains' gets to keep theirs? I get that heroes can keep their bodys, but not this... ^^

And also, i suppose bad guys get to keep their bodies if they are very powerful so that maybe they can be persuaded to use the power for a good use instead of a bad one.

Dende's wish was "I wish everyone on this planet but these two(Goku and Frezia) were sent to Earth."(in namek) So Everyone including the frog Captain Ginyu was transferred. Ginyu was not in HFIL yet he was on earth doin who knows what. We see him on earth when they were wished back and saw him on yamchas head when they wished yamcha back with the dragonballs, trust me it was him the only frog with antenaas are Namekian frogs lol
